Moreover, this style of managing encourages the members of the team to work together, to be flexible and to adapt to changes. This way, the employees will feel that their jobs are secured.

Many management techniques are derived from psychology, economics and sociology. Hence, the management profession requires a great deal of expertise and knowledge. Consequently, it is important for every manager to acquire a sound education.

Effective management involves a proper coordination of resources and activities, and the allocation of appropriate financial resources. Managers should also encourage leadership in the organization. Furthermore, they should provide remuneration that is reasonable.

For example, profit maximization might require the manager to minimize cost and waste.

Regardless of the style of management, all employees are valued. A manager should always try to treat all employees with respect. On the other hand, an employee may become dissatisfied or resentful of the manager when he or she receives a favorable treatment.
